Zonta International Foundation (ZIF), the official charitable foundation of Zonta International, advances and sustains Zonta’s global service and advocacy programs.
Every year, ZIF provides more than US$1 million for programs and projects that benefit thousands of women around the world. Through the Foundation, Zonta International helps women and girls overcome gender barriers to educational and professional advancement; provides opportunities for women to earn higher wages and achieve economic independence; ensures that women and children have access to quality, affordable health care; and strives to end violence against women while helping survivors rebuild their lives.
The Zonta International Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization supported solely by contributions from Zonta clubs, Zontians and friends of Zonta International around the globe who share a commitment to advancing the status of women worldwide. The affairs of the Foundation are managed by its Board of Directors who also sit on the Board of Zonta International.

International Service Program
Supports projects that seek to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, and/or health status of women in developing countries or countries in transition.
Supports projects that seek to reduce the incidence of violence against women and girls by changing personal and/or political knowledge, attitudes and behaviors.
Amelia Earhart Fellowships
Fellowship for women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace-related sciences and engineering.
Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships
Scholarship for women pursuing undergraduate and Master’s degrees in business management.
Young Women in Public Affairs (YWPA) Award
Award established to encourage more young women to participate in public and political life by recognizing them for their volunteer leadership and dedication to the advancement of the status of women.
Z Clubs and Golden Z Clubs
Clubs for high school, college and university students that focus on leadership development, career exploration and service to promote the status of women.
